1. About PrintSift
PrintSift is operated by Mr Luke Atkinson, trading as PrintSift.
Business address:71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ
Commercial enquiries: info@printsift.com
2. What the service provides
PrintSift provides automated tools intended to help users understand commercial terms in copier, managed print, equipment lease and related agreements.
The service may identify information including costs, contract dates, notice requirements, termination provisions, pricing mechanisms and other commercial terms.
3. Informational service only
PrintSift's output is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting or procurement advice.
Automated extraction can make mistakes or miss relevant wording. You should check important decisions against the original contract and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
4. Documents you upload
You must have the right, authority or permission required to upload and process any document you submit to PrintSift.
You must not deliberately upload documents where doing so would breach confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, data protection law or another legal obligation.
5. Contract analysis
PrintSift aims to provide accurate and useful extraction, but we do not guarantee that every contract term will be identified or interpreted correctly.
Where source evidence is provided, it is intended to help you verify findings against the original document.
6. Cost calculations
Financial calculations depend on the contract terms and print-volume figures available to PrintSift.
Calculations may be incomplete where pricing information is missing, ambiguous, structured differently from the supported calculation model or cannot be calculated safely.
Any estimate should therefore be treated as indicative rather than a guaranteed statement of the amount payable under your agreement.
7. Comparison requests
You may choose to ask PrintSift to help you explore alternative managed-print or equipment options.
Submitting a comparison request does not guarantee that PrintSift will identify an alternative supplier, obtain a quotation, secure a saving or find an option suitable for your business.
PrintSift will not send your contact details to a supplier through the current comparison process without first obtaining your approval.
8. Supplier relationships
PrintSift may in future receive referral, introduction, commission or success-based compensation from suppliers where a customer chooses to proceed with a supplier introduced through PrintSift.
Where this is relevant to a comparison service, we may provide additional information about how the commercial relationship works.
9. Availability
PrintSift is an evolving service. We may change, add, remove, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse PrintSift, attempt to interfere with the service, circumvent technical restrictions, submit malicious files or use the service for unlawful purposes.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, PrintSift is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on automated analysis, estimates or extracted contract information without checking the original agreement.
12. Privacy
Information about how PrintSift handles personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as PrintSift develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
